Colleagues...Hopefully you have had a productive week following College Assembly on Tuesday.  I am very happy to report that the Reflections forms that were submitted (nearly 100) were extremely positive in all 4 areas. Everyone "really" liked the Performance Appraisal Team's presentation and the keynote speaker as well. Perhaps we can give this team a different assignment just to be entertained once again:-)

I was especially gratified to see that with the exception of 2 individuals, overwhelmingly, people are either pleased or very pleased with the overall direction of the college.

As I said on Tuesday...I am extremely proud of the work being done! We are living up to our core values of Diversity, Integrity, Learning, Quality, Respect and Trust. A "team" effort is happening throughout the campus. Best wishes for a great spring semester! catherine
